Pricing $20.00 per person for a Group of 5 or more in your home. All courses include interactive activities as well as presentation of material. These courses are well suited for an afternoon or evening get-together.

Dispelling the Outdated Myths of Aging:

1.5 hr. This course explores societal myths of aging, the current research into aging and ways to stay empowered and engaged as we age.

The Game of Aging:

1.5 hr. Play should remain an important part of our life regardless of our age! This presentation explores the health benefits of play and some creative and fun ways to introduce more play into your life regardless of your age!

Critically Thinking About Ageism:

1.5 hrs. With the growing number of seniors in our society, ageism is becoming an increasing concern for all of us. This course gives you and your peers a chance to learn about the problem and to methods for self and peer support to counteract the growing issue.
